Every set we make is custom-crafted to fit your mouth and your mouth only. Because of the personal nature of custom dental jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Teeth shift. Molds change. It happens. That's why we offer free fit adjustments for life on every set we make. If your grillz aren't sitting right, bring them back and we'll get them fitting perfect again.
Every set comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, including:
If a stone falls out or comes loose within the first year, we'll replace it for free.
Bring your grill in anytime and we'll clean them up and have them shining like new.
Surface wear or minor scratches? We'll polish them back to that fresh-out-the-box look.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal wear. It does not cover loss, theft, damage caused by improper care, or modifications made by anyone other than Gemmis Jewels.
